Nugget Onboarding Training

This onboarding program, designed for Nugget Comfort's internal team, is a comprehensive training focused on Product Innovation & Design. As the lead designer, I utilized Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Google Slides to craft a visually engaging and interactive learning experience. The program comprises modules on understanding market needs, ideation and concept development, and an in-depth look at prototyping processes, including material selection and design testing. Emphasizing iterative design, the training integrates team feedback and user testing insights, ensuring a collaborative and user-centric development approach. My role involved not only designing the course layout but also ensuring the content was accessible and engaging for all learning styles.
